Unworn, unaltered items in original condition

Items with original packaging and tags attached

Items purchased directly from GoldNexus.net

Custom or personalized jewelry

Final sale items marked as non-returnable

Items showing signs of wear or damage

1. Email us at info@goldnexus.net with your order number

2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours

3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label

4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
